PTSO Monthly Meeting Agendas and Minutes

At each meeting, the appointed secretary will document the discussion of the group.  These are not intended to be word-by-word transcripts, but do serve to:

• share information for members of the community who may not be able to attend in person
• support meaningful exchanges around challenges and victories with our learners
• document how PTSO funds are discussed and allocated 
• reflect timelines for preparations and plans when there are upcoming events
• archive the history of PTSO developments

 

Each meeting will begin with a review of the notes from the previous session.  When there is consensus by a vote of those present that they appropriately reflect the above goals, they are considered approved Meeting Minutes.
