The 2024 TSA Region 8 Competition will take place on Saturday-February 3, 2024 at Cambria Heights MS/HS in Patton, PA. Over 50 PFMS TSA members will be participating in this STEM Related Event!

What is TSA?
The Technology Student Association (TSA) enhances personal development, leadership, and career opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), whereby members apply and integrate these concepts through intracurricular activities, competitions, and related programs.

Is an officially recognized CTSO (Career and Technical Student Organization) of the United States Department of Education and the Pennsylvania Bureau of Career and Technical Education
has over sixty competitive events for high school and middle school that involve technology and leadership skills.
has additional state contests that increase the total to over seventy competitive events for middle school and high school students.
Community Service Learning Project (State College Food Bank) November 2 -13, 2020
Community Service Learning Project 2020-2021
We have partnered with the State College Kiwanis Club and Weis Grocery to donate to the State College Area Food Bank via a canned food drive at PFMS during November 2-13, 2020. We will host a Community DropOff location at PFMS Main Parking lot on Saturday November 7, 2020 from 9:00 AM - 12:00PM. Please consider donating to our cause.
Promotional Video for the Community Service Learning Project
Mr. Dzurko and the PFMS TSA Chapter are looking for motivated indivduals to join our competitive team. Although most of the competitions will be held virtually, our team will make the most of the season. In addition to the STEM competitions, we also participate in Community Service Learning Projects!

The 2020 - 2021 TSA Competitive aspects are going to look a little different than previous years. There will be opportunities to participate Vitually/Remotely in most competitive events!
